Meditation Timer

Meditation timers are a great to use especially if you are new to meditation. Using different chimes and gongs will help your mind focus on the sound. I have created 3 different meditation timers that have chimes to help the mind focus. The gongs gently start at the beginning, middle and end.

Meditation timers are great for beginners as it takes tons of practice to develop the habit. When starting to meditate, it is very important to start meditating in small chunks of time. It is easier to start meditating for 5 minutes then slowly moving up to 10 minutes. Do not get frustrated if your mind wanders off. The chimes will really capture your focus right back.
